This project was created for my App Development assignment in 2018 using Unity. It's a short incremental game developed for mobile phones, based on existing titles such as Cookie Clicker and Adventure Capitalist.

Cicada 3301 is the nickname given to the round-based (supposed) alternative reality game created by an anonymous organisation to recruit “intelligent individuals” through a series of data security, cryptography, and steganography related puzzles. There have been conspiracies that it has been used as a recruitment tool for homeland security organisations, such as NSA, CIA, or MI6, however, no business or person has taken acclaim for it or even attempted to monetize it. It created worldwide awareness despite (or because of) the anticlimactic end, as the organisers just went quiet and even stopped communicating with the chosen individuals. Whether it was an ARG or a smart method of recruitment by a professional body no official statement was released, however, it can be analysed to create an interactive media campaign.
